Meet Swell Co.
The Sexual Wellness Collective, or Swell Co. for short, is founded by Dr. Ashley Sweet and Dr. Danielle Armour, licensed psychotherapists and AASECT-certified sex therapists with nearly four decades of combined clinical experience. Here we provide the sex education, nervous system healing, and radical empathy most of us never received growing up.
We believe that pleasure is more than just feeling good—it is a vital pathway to healing, resilience, and deep human connection. We don't see "broken" people. We see outdated cultural scripts, systemic shame, and nervous system dysregulation that keep you from living fully.
Whether you are looking to de-program guilt, navigate desire differences, heal from trauma, or explore your erotic self, our collective provides an authentic, non-judgmental space to help you get unstuck.

Better Together: Integrative Care Under One (Virtual) Roof
Long before Swell Co., our individual practices were already deeply intertwined through cross-referring clients. We frequently collaborated to support couples, with one of us treating an individual while the other guided the relationship, and saw firsthand how much deeper the healing was when care was in sync. Realizing our clients deserved better than fragmented care across separate practices, we joined forces to eliminate clinical silos and facilitate the absolute highest standard of integrative care possible.
We’re here to help you navigate it all.
Maybe you’re curious about how we can help, but you’re also uneasy. Let’s chat to normalize that and walk you through what we do.
