Sex + Relationship Therapy with SWELL Co.
Beyond “Mhm” Therapy
We aren’t a generalist practice, and you won’t get passive, nod-and-sigh "mhm, and how does that make you feel?" therapy here. As certified sex therapists and relationship specialists, our work is intentional, highly active, and deeply specialized. We roll up our sleeves with you—asking the hard questions with warmth and gently challenging the scripts that keep you stuck. We hold and explore every issue brought into the session through the vital lenses of identity, sexual health, and dynamic intimacy. If you’re ready to skip the fluff and do real, transformational work, you’re in the right place.
Couples and Relationship Counseling:
Reconnecting & Relational Dynamics: Breaking stagnant communication loops, deepening emotional intimacy, and restoring sexual and relational connections.
Neurodiverse Relationships: Supportive, actionable counseling for mixed-neurotype partnerships to bridge communication gaps, honor wildly distinct processing styles, and build deep mutual understanding—without asking anyone to mask or minimize how their brain works.
Consensual Non-Monogamy & Kink: Knowledgeable, shame-free therapy for all types of non-monogamous dynamics, kink exploration, and non-traditional relationship agreements rooted in consent, safety, and honest communication.
Healing After Betrayal & Infidelity: Supporting couples and individuals moving through the crisis of broken trust. We provide an active, structured space to process intense emotions, establish healthy boundaries, restore honest communication, and decide what a path forward looks like for your relationship.
Major Relational Transitions: Actionable support for navigating parenting shifts, major life stages, boundary renegotiation, and evolving shared values when your relationship needs an upgrade to match who you are today.
Individual Therapy
Sex & Intimacy Empowerment: Navigating desire discrepancies, low libido, pain, arousal challenges, orgasm difficulties, and overcoming sexual shame.
Hormonal, Reproductive & Perinatal Health: Inclusive care for hormonal transitions—including perimenopause, menopause, PMDD, and postpartum shifts—addressing body changes, mood variations, and their effects on intimacy.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Care: Strengths-based therapy for neurodivergent brains that move, process, and feel differently. We help you navigate sensory needs, executive functioning hurdles, burnout, self-advocacy, and unmasking.
Anxiety & Emotional Wellbeing: Support for anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, existential questions, and navigating major life transitions.
Identity & Self-Discovery: Exploring personal values, early family dynamics, body autonomy, and stepping into authentic self-expression.

Yes. Our clinical scope is focused specifically on consenting adult human relationships and sexual experiences. We do not work with minor-attracted persons, non-consensual sexual behaviors or interests, or attractions involving non-human animals. There are clinicians who focus on these areas, and we are happy to provide referrals to those folks.
Additionally, because we are a highly specialized sex therapy and intimacy practice, certain general mental health conditions may fall outside our primary focus. If you are navigating primary diagnoses that require dedicated, specialized treatment protocols—such as severe eating disorders, active substance dependence, or certain personality disorders—we will discuss this during your initial consultation and provide referrals to clinicians or specialized programs best equipped to support those specific needs.

Yes, we regularly work with neurodivergent clients, neurotypical clients, and neurodiverse couples. Intimacy and sexual health look different for every brain, and we tailor our clinical approach to honor how your unique nervous system processes sensory input, processes information, and experiences connection.
